Rae Ann High, APRN, AGP-BC, AANP has been delivering quality health care in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. She has worked in a variety of areas including medical-surgical, intensive care, emergency medical care, home health, and primary care.
Her extensive experience allows her to establish meaningful relationships with her patients to ensure the best possible health care outcomes for preventing, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring any health care problem.
Rae Ann earned her BSN from Edison State College and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida with a concentration in adult-gerontology primary care. She graduated with honors from both institutions and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Rae Ann has spent most of her life in Southwest Florida, has three grown children, and lives with her husband and their two Irish Wolfhounds.
